Without a control desk
- Documentation gaps surface at the dock, not at intake.
- Exceptions land in your inbox after the fact.
- Invoices reconcile against guesswork.
- Accountability splinters across three vendors.
ReelCargo assumes full coordination ownership of every shipment lifecycle. Flat-fee per shipment — never a percentage of freight, never a freight markup. Your carriers, or our curated European network.
ReelCargo is an external coordination control desk. We do not move freight. We do not own trucks. We do not bid on rates. We coordinate — with the documentation discipline and execution ownership that freight execution rarely receives in-house.
Carriers invoice you directly. We charge a flat coordination fee. That structure removes the conflict of interest that 4PLs and forwarders carry, and keeps your existing carrier relationships intact.
Each shipment passes through the same operational checkpoints. The discipline is the product.
We work with the carriers you already trust. Where capacity is missing, we activate vetted partners from our curated European network — never a random spot-market match.
CMRs, packing lists, dangerous-goods sheets, customs paperwork. Validated and internally consistent before dispatch — not after the truck has left.
Loading windows confirmed in writing. Each milestone — pickup, transit, delivery, POD — is monitored against the agreed plan, not against hope.
When an exception surfaces, your accountable contact resolves it. You get the call before you have to make it, with options on the table.
Carrier invoices reconciled against agreed scope, accessorials, and proof-of-delivery. Disputes raised on your behalf, with the documentation to back them.
Structured monthly reporting on shipments, exceptions, on-time-in-full, and root-cause patterns — auditable, not anecdotal.
We strengthen the carrier relationships you already have. When a lane needs additional capacity, we activate partners from a curated European network — selected on operational fit, documentation discipline, and accountability, not on lowest spot rate.
Carriers invoice you directly. ReelCargo charges a flat coordination fee per shipment. Volume and subscription terms are available from ten shipments per month.

Issues caused by ReelCargo coordination errors are resolved at our cost — or the coordination fee for that shipment is waived. The guarantee applies to coordination work within our agreed scope. It does not extend to carrier performance outside that scope, but it does mean the discipline is on us, not on you.
Start with a single shipmentReelCargo was built by people who ran shipments before they ran companies. The values are the same on every shipment: transparency, execution discipline, collaboration with your existing carriers, and an auditable record of how each shipment was coordinated.
Eight of the most common questions. The full set lives on the FAQ page — and your accountable contact is one phone call away.

Yes. We are carrier-neutral by design. Where your carriers meet operational standards, we coordinate against them. Where capacity is missing, we activate vetted partners from our curated network.
First shipment can be coordinated within five working days from intake. Lanes with stable senders, consignees and customs profiles can typically run sooner.
No fixed minimum. Pricing is per shipment. Volume and subscription options are available for organisations coordinating ten or more shipments per month.
We coordinate customs alignment with your existing customs partners and validate that documentation is complete before dispatch. We do not act as a customs agent.
Premium Coordination covers temperature-controlled lanes (+2°C–+8°C, +15°C–+25°C, frozen, and other regimes), continuous temperature monitoring review and GDP / MDR documentation discipline.
Issues caused by ReelCargo coordination errors are resolved at our cost — or the coordination fee for that shipment is waived. The guarantee applies to coordination work, not to carrier performance outside our scope.
Submit the intake form below. We will confirm coordination scope and pricing within 24 hours. Carrier rates remain between you and the carrier.
Submission routes to info@reelcargo.com. You will receive a written confirmation of scope and pricing — no carrier rate quotes, no marketplace bids.
Your first conversation is with someone who has run shipments. We confirm scope in writing, never on a sales call.
